48th Movement
Remember I said something about WOW wanting TOG to do some exercise? I received an email on the SPECIFIED version. Here it is:Hi WOW and TOG, this was actually meant for the people involved in the dance but just in case those of you under the "Cc" list wanna keep fit or get fit.
Here are the general instructions. Drink lots of water.
These exercise are to be spread out through out the day. For example;
Start with a 5 min warm-up (actually start with a prayer and then a warm-up).
Do 1 set of push ups (10 diamond, 10 standard, 10 wide), stretch arms,
followed by core muscle exercise (30 flutter kicks, 30 crunches), stretch (tuck jumps too), followed by lowerbody exercises. 30 squats, 20 lunges/ leg, stretch repeat according to your convenience.
See? I am so, so, so dead. I can barely do one push-up.
